01 — About

Sharp
instincts.
Shipped.

I've shipped game UI for Bungie, mobile apps for Norton, defense tools for the government, and everything in between. The common thread: I figure out what needs to exist and then I make it. No hand-holding required.

I pair deep design instinct with AI to move embarrassingly fast. Figma, Claude, a little code, a lot of opinions. From blank canvas to shipped product faster than most teams finish their kickoff meeting.

Design System AI-Augmented

Meridian
Design System

Series B SaaS company needed a design system. 200+ components, full Figma variable library, auto-generated docs. Done in 6 weeks. Most teams quote 6 months. AI helped. A lot.

Key Outcome
Faster component handoff across 4 product teams. Design and code in sync from day one.
Tools Used
Figma · Claude · GitHub · React

Conversational UI Interaction Design

AI Onboarding
Rethought

12-step onboarding wizard. Nobody was finishing it. Killed it. Replaced it with a conversational flow that adapts to what the user actually wants to do. Activation went up. Imagine that.

Key Outcome
+44%
Activation in A/B test. Time to first value dropped from 8 minutes to under 2.
Tools Used
Figma · Claude

Rapid Prototyping Design Engineering

48-Hour
Concept Sprint

Healthcare startup needed something to show investors. Friday afternoon, blank canvas. Monday morning, live clickable prototype with real data. Claude did the research. I did the rest.

Key Outcome
$2M
Seed round closed off the prototype. No engineers. Just me and some very good AI.
Tools Used
Claude · Figma

User Research Strategy

Research
at AI Speed

28 user interviews in 3 weeks. Claude synthesized the themes, built the affinity maps, and wrote the 40-page report. Normally that's a 3-month project. We had it done before the next sprint.

Key Outcome
12×
Faster than traditional synthesis. Stakeholders aligned after the very first readout.
Tools Used
Claude · Figma

05 — Process

How It
Gets Done.

01
Discover
Interviews, competitive analysis, stakeholder alignment. I actually talk to users before touching Figma. Wild concept, I know.
AI-Augmented
02
Define
Figure out the actual problem before trying to solve it. Personas, jobs-to-be-done, a real north star. Not glamorous. Completely necessary.
03
Design
Rough ideas in Claude, polished in Figma, interactive in Framer. I'm moving through options while most people are still scheduling the design review.
AI-Augmented
04
Test
Real users, real tasks, real feedback. I run the sessions, Claude helps make sense of it. If something's broken, we find out before it ships.
AI-Augmented
05
Ship
Design systems, component handoff, or I just build the thing myself. The gap between design and production is a choice. I choose to close it.
